App not loading?
Magic Ahoy! is available on your mobile app store and requires an internet connection. To have the best experience with the app, make sure you play and download while connected to WiFi! If you want to play on an Android device, it will need to be compatible with Google ARCore - if the Google Play Store says the Magic Ahoy! app is not compatible, then it unfortunately can not be downloaded on your device.
Trouble downloading?
We've packed the app with so much amazing content, so when you first open the app you will be asked to accept a content update. Once you press update, please keep the app open, have more than 20% battery and stay connected to WiFi. Up to 3GB free storage is required to download the whole app - if your update stops mid-download don't worry, please just press resume download and it will continue from where it stopped.

To finish creating your Magic Ahoy! account you will need to click a verification email sent to your address, which should arrive instantly. If you don't see this email, please check your Junk, Spam or Other folders. If you still don't see the email please contact us below.

How do I collect Mickeys?
The first time you complete an activity, you'll be able to earn Mickey Stamps from it, but make sure you claim them by clicking the "Collect" button at the end of the activity - you'll know you've done this if you see the Collect button and the Mickey Stamps listed under the activity on the day both turn green. Click here for a short video on how to do this.
App stops downloading during update?
Please make sure that automatic updates are enabled on your phone.
For Apple iOS, please go to Settings. Tap App Store. Turn on App Updates.
For Android Open the Google Play Store app Google Play. At the top right, tap the profile icon. Tap Settings and then Network preferences and then Auto-update apps. Select "Over Wi-Fi only to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi."
Some content not playing properly?
Depending on your type of device, low-power mode may automatically turn on once your phone is at low battery and stay on until it is fully charged - make sure low-power mode is off so that you can best enjoy all Magic Ahoy! has to offer!
Do I need to log on every day?
No, this is up to you how much time you wish to spend aboard our Magic Ahoy! virtual sailing. But to complete your sailing and achieve Level 3, you will need to collect 135 Mickey Stamps.
